Returns/Exchanges We stand behind the products that we sell and want you to be happy with your purchase. We do not accept returns on personalized items. If an error occurs on our part, we will gladly redo your item, and it will be shipped immediately to you. For non-personalized items, we will exchange or replace your item within 10 days of your original purchase (shipping costs are non-refundable). All merchandise must be returned to us in its original packaging. We will process your return or exchange, once the original item is received at our location. Returns or exchanges should be mailed to: My Three Golfers, P.O. Box 7026, Thomasville, GA 31758. Shipping Most of our items ship by USPS priority mail. Larger items, such as golf bags, ship by UPS. If you have a shipping preference, please let us know.
Please allow up to 7 days for personalized items to be shipped from our location to you, since these items are custom items. If you need a personalized item quickly, we can more than likely accomodate your request at no additional charge. Please email us and let us know if you have special shipping needs. Privacy My Three Golfers is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable.
